Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the AqaratTech platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
By creating an account or using AqaratTech services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it updated.
AqaratTech provides a SaaS platform for real estate management including property listings, lead management, CMS, billing, and related tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice.
Paid plans are billed according to the selected billing cycle. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account. Prices may change with 30 days notice.
You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to AqaratTech. You grant us a limited license to host, display, and process your content as needed to provide our services. We do not claim ownership of your data.
AqaratTech and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by WebBuilders.tech and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. We will provide a reasonable period to export your data before permanent deletion.
AqaratTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Riyadh.
